Refund policy

At SurplusStorie, we want you to love what you ordered.

Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Sale items and accessories are final sale.

How to Return: Email support@surplusstorie.com with your order number and reason. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.

Refunds: Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges: Available for size or colour issues subject to stock. Email support@surplusstorie.com.

Damaged/Wrong Items: Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.

Non-Returnable: Sale items, accessories, worn/washed/altered items.
