Order Tracking

We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. Remote or restricted areas may experience longer delivery times.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@surplusstorie.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
