Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your size, and click “Add to Cart”. Proceed to checkout, enter your details, and complete payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately at support@surplusstorie.com.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! A confirmation email with your order details and tracking information will be sent to your registered email address.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within India takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping options may be available at checkout.
